I work at the intersection of Organizational Behaviour and Strategy. My research mostly concerns the micro-foundations of strategic advantage, where I explore the performance implications and benefits of structures (e.g., social networks) and processes (e.g., innovation and change) within organizations. At a corporate level, I am also concerned with organization culture, including its alignment with strategy, how it changes, and the role of leadership, including the importance of successful personal leadership transitions. My current work is looking at digitization and its implications for organizational structures and processes.
