Research

Research Theme and Publications

My area of research is International Business.  In particular, I draw on the comparative business systems/varieties of capitalism literature to explore how the rules of the game for business differ across economies and what implications these differences have for business and management.

My geographic areas of specialization are Asia (esp. China, Japan, and South Korea) and Western Europe.

Keywords: international business, varieties of capitalism, institutions and institutional change, China, Japan, South Korea, Asia, Western Europe
