Charles Galunic

Professor of Organizational Behaviour
AVIVA Chair in Leadership and Responsibility
Assoc. Editor Academy of Management Annals

I work at the intersection of Organizational Theory and Strategy. My research mostly concerns the micro-foundations of strategic advantage, where I explore the performance implications and benefits of structures (e.g., social networks) and processes (e.g., innovation and change) within organizations. I also examine leadership and cultural dynamics within organizations.
